Event Description:
This gala serves as a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations in the metro St. Louis Area. In keeping with the Hispanic Chamber's mission, the awards focus on Hispanic businesses and professionals as well as on non-Hispanic companies and individuals that have made a significant contribution to the community at large.

A: DoubleTree by Hilton - Chesterfield

Q: What time does the event start?
A: The Welcome Reception and Networking starts at 6PM. The Dinner, Program and Awards Presentation begins at 7PM. The Post-Reception will begin at 9PM.
Q: What is the event attire?
A: The attire for the Adelante Awards is business formal or cocktail attire.
Q: Where do we park?
A: There will be complimentary parking located around the hotel. If no more parking is available in the East parking lot directly in front of the hotel, additional parking is located on the North side of the building.
Q: How do we enter the event?
A: Enter through the main entrance (east side of building). Walk through the automatic doors and pass the front desk on your right. There will be a registration table in the back of the lobby. Check in and name badges will serve as your ticket into the event. If a guest is no longer able to make it, call or email us as soon as you can with your replacement’s name. No additional registrations will be sold at the door for walk-in guests.
Q: What if I or my guests have dietary restrictions?
A: If there are any dietary restrictions, we are happy to accommodate. Please inform us when submitting guests’ names.
