Event Description:
The “American Dream” of owning a home can build wealth and stabilize communities, but many foreign-born families face significant barriers in accessing financing to buy their own homes. Through the recent work of a coalition of organizations, more financial institutions are offering mortgage loan products for immigrants with ITINs. Join us to learn more about these loan products and ways that foreign-born families can become homeowners.

Presented by Diego Abente from the International Institute, Meredith Rataj from St. Francis Community Services, and Eric Zegel from Beyond Housing.

Presenters are part of the Immigrant Housing Project, a coalition of non-profits, service providers and their clients.
