Mizzou Spring 2019 College of Engineering Career Fair

Employer Partners, Thank you to those of you who have already registered for our College of Engineering Spring Career Fair scheduled for Feb. 12, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the MizzouRec (1000 East Rollins Street, Columbia, MO 65211). We look forward to having you with us. For those who have not yet registered, we sincerely hope you will join us not only for the fair, but for the many events that surround it during the week of Feb. 11-15. Approximately 800 students are eagerly waiting to meet you and explore employment and internship possibilities with you, and space is filling up. In addition to the Career Fair, we have several days full of opportunities for you to interact with our students and for your company to receive enhanced promotion and branding opportunities based on your level of involvement. We know you are all in competition for skilled engineering leaders, and we want to offer you as many chances as possible to meet and talk with our well-trained engineers. New this year, we are excited to offer Career Studios on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019 and Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, during which time we will offer extended hours. Students may drop in for assistance without an appointment. Our students are eager to spend time with employers, so they may seek your help with resume reviews, conducting mock interviews or other support to get them ready for the Career Fair. We would be very grateful to you and your team if you are able to join us for these events and offer your assistance to our students. On Monday, Feb. 11, you have the opportunity to present information sessions or meet with students in other formats and venues. We always welcome your assistance with the Mad-Dash Resume Review, during which employers meet with students in 20-minute intervals to assess their resumes and offer guidance on many aspects of their job search. The day after the Career Fair is perfect for interviews, and we would be glad to set you up with an office in which to hold your conversations. One housekeeping note: Be sure to reserve your interview rooms at the time you register for the fair, please. We cannot guarantee the availability of rooms if you request them through any other process.
