Job Description
The Hacking Law Practice is looking to grow. We’re in search of a rockstar receptionist. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm. This position involves handling multi-line phone system and calls from current or prospective clients. In this critical role, you will be the first impression that a potential client has of our firm and therefore must exude a sympathetic and confident attitude while providing world-class customer service.

Candidates must be an empathetic listener and a clear communicator, and most importantly, you must be able to provide administrative support to paralegals while displaying high levels of patience and common sense. Bilingual skills, prior call center experience and/or a history of providing exceptional customer service would all be considered a plus.

·         Computer technological competency – setting up for meetings and conference calls;
·         Strong work ethic;
·         Be adaptable and willing to branch out to take on new tasks as they arise;
·         Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision;
·         Highly organized and detail-oriented;
·         Work diligently and quickly to perform tasks assigned with high level of accuracy in performance;
·         Fast learner;
·         Maintain a team player and non-entitlement mentality.
This is a full-time position and hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits.

Salary:  $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
