The St. Louis Contact Center for Enterprise Holdings EAN Services, LLC is excited to announce it currently has an opening for a Driver Approval Coordinator in our CarShare department! The Driver Approval Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential CarShare members. This position will contribute to the CarShare brand growth initiatives by assisting current and future customers in the membership and driver approval process. In addition, this individual will provide ongoing administrative support for the entire CarShare team.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. The opportunity is based at our St. Charles Rock Road office in St. Louis, MO, 63114.

This position has a starting pay of $13.00/hour.

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers via phone and email

  • Act as the expert on the CarShare eligibility requirements

  • Enter new data and update electronic files from incoming correspondence and phone calls

  • Receive, review and approve individual membership and multi-step driver applications established risk management guideline

  • Assist CarShare Member Services Coordinators in the resolution of advanced Application, Driver Approval, Driver's License Verification, and other customer service related function

  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of CarShare

  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of the CarShare operating system

  • Maintain and organize membership applications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have one year of customer service experience

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST

Qualified candidates must also possess the following:

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong follow-up skills allowing the completion of multi-stage tasks

  • Ability to learn and utilize new software systems

  • Juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize to complete work on a timely basis

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Maintain confidential information
