    Hiring Department
    Undergraduate Admissions
Provide prospective students and families with general information regarding admissions requirements and academic programs.
Build and maintain professional relationships with high school personnel and undergraduate college representatives.
Maintain current knowledge of university programs, student activities, support services, and scholarship opportunities.
Maintain a working knowledge of financial aid and other forms of financial assistance available to qualified students.
Represent the University at recruiting activities at high schools, college fairs, and special events both on campus and in the community.
Compile and distribute recruiting material to prospective students, alumni, counselors and advisors.
Assist in the development and implementation of admissions marketing techniques and materials for the purpose of continued positive high school and undergraduate college relations.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required for this position from an accredited college or university.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Routinely lift more than 25 pounds.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong counseling and group presentation skills
Ability to participate in a fast-paced, creative, change-oriented and success-driven environment.
Position does require evening and weekend work, travel and use of personal vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications
One to two years of experience is preferred in student recruitment, marketing, public relations or other highly interactive promotional fields.
