Location: Mt. Sterling, IL, St. Louis, MO or Remote
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Application Development Manager Your Role: Responsible for the configuration of our customer relationship management application, utilized by various departments during the sales cycle. User training, team building and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. Candidates should be able to solicit input from business stakeholders and provide guidance on best practices of the platform. This position will work closely with the CRM manager and Dot’s IT team and/or external consultants to execute project work plans to meet the changing needs and requirements of users. Proficiency with Salesforce Sales or Service cloud is a plus. • Configuration of the platform
• User training, incident management and ongoing support
• Analytics (dashboards and reports)
• Process Automation (Workflows/Validation Rules and Process Builder) to continuously improve data quality and integrity
• User Management (Roles/Profiles/Sharing Rules/Permission Sets)
• Support system security and best practices
• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position Role Specifics:
• Travel: Frequent trips to Mt. Sterling or St. Louis, depending on where the position is located. Also, occasional overnight travel required. Ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for customer/vendor call, training or meetings.
We Need You To Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Dot experience
• Ability to learn system administration skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation
• Research and analysis skills
• A general understanding of the sales lifecycle
We’d Like You To Have:
• Experience with CRM administration and declarative customizations
• Skills around managing and organizing large blocks of information
• Sales or Business Development experience
