Position Classification Title Program Coordinator
Job Summary

Under general supervision, serves as the primary point on contact for prospective graduate students through email, phone and in-person customer service. Plans on-campus and virtual recruitment opportunities for prospective students as well as represents the graduate programs at recruitment fairs. Provides support for the graduate admission customer relationship management system (CRM).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; supplemented with two (2) years of related experience.
