|Position Classification Title||Program Coordinator|
Under general supervision, serves as the primary point on contact for prospective graduate students through email, phone and in-person customer service. Plans on-campus and virtual recruitment opportunities for prospective students as well as represents the graduate programs at recruitment fairs. Provides support for the graduate admission customer relationship management system (CRM).
|Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics||
Knowledge of undergraduate and graduate degree programs
Bachelor's degree; supplemented with two (2) years of related experience.
Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective graduate students; provides phone, email and in-person customer service; collaborates with team members on the graduate communication plan .
Coordinates events both on-campus and virtual events for prospective students; attends graduate and career recruitment events.
Conducts research on best practices and policies related to graduate recruitment; trains other admission staff members on graduate admission related topics.
Serves as an administrator of the graduate admission CRM; assists with uploading student documents; releases decision letters for applicants.
Performs other duties as assigned.
