WE’RE HIRING: Outside Customer Sales & Service Representative
Location: St. Louis, MO (63301)
Are you a go-getter who thrives on competition? We want a HUNTER. Someone who’s fired up to take market share from the competition and grow sales with drive, strategy, and hustle.

About the Role:

As an Outside Customer Sales & Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines building relationships and driving revenue. You’ll call on independent restaurants, hospitals, country clubs, caterers, schools, and more—servicing accounts and closing new business with the support of a motivated leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively sell and service accounts in the St. Louis metro area

  • Achieve year-over-year sales growth while hitting margin goals

  • Cold call and network like a pro to win new business

  • Use social media to showcase our products, culture, and brand values

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-through

  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales/marketing experience (food service preferred)

  • Proven cold calling and lead-generation skills

  • Self-starter with a competitive edge and relentless motivation

  • Deep knowledge of the St. Louis area and surrounding service territory

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Social media savvy – using it to engage and sell

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Common sense + sales acumen = ??

  • A team player ready to hustle and grow
