Benefits To LLC is based in Saint Louis MO. We are a sub contractor for multi million dollar international insurance and financial services offering company located in Canada. We have grown tremendously over the past 2 years and our future is even brighter!

Due to our international expansion and the current recession we are on the hunt for a TFRA Retirement Consultant to add to our world class sales team. We are looking for the best-of-the-best insurance or benefits specialist(s) to aid in our accelerated growth!

Responsibilities 

Utilize multiple prospecting strategies to identify prospects and consistently set appointments with qualified potential clients 
Identify and develop relationships directly with key decision-makers
Build your knowledge on the new Tax Free Retirement TFRA insurance product
Learn how to effectively convert a prospect into a long term client, and build your OWN solid book of business
Leverage existing relationships via referrals to generate new prospects opportunities 
Eventually manage your book of business and lead ongoing clients meetings, while still driving new business

 

Qualifications

Previous sales experience or B2B business development preferred
Competitiveness and self-driven required
Ability to identify the highest potential target markets
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system

 

Salary

This is a full time 1099 sales role with flexible work from home hours(internet access required)
This position generally produces commissions based upon an average monthly payment of $400-500 per month for a “qualified” clientThis average annual premium of $4,800-$6000 generated over an average of only 6 policies per month equals $30,000 in annual premium for the month
