Job Summary:
 
  • Lead a crew to complete the scheduled task.
  • Ensure the work is done correctly and within the allotted time.
  • Delegate tasks to the team to complete the job.
  • Walk the facility afterwards to verify the work is complete.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
 
  • Make sure the team is wearing the appropriate uniform.
  • Clocking in and out of each job.
  • Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
  • Gas the vehicles, if needed, before each night.
  • Take before and after pictures of each job.
  • Write notes pertaining to each job.
  • Cleaning the machines at the end of the shift.
  • Trouble shoot if a problem arises.
  • Lift 50 pounds.
  • Speak and understand English.
  • Clean driving record- be able to drive in our insurance.
  • Take and pass a drug test.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Have a smart phone to use on the jobs.
  • Be organized.
  • Honest.
  • Hardworking.
  • Show up 15 minutes before the crew and start getting equipment together.
  • Have own transportation to and from the office.
